Tuition for courses may be free for:

  • Those aged 19-23 studying their first full level 2 or 3 qualification
  • Those aged 19-23 studying a course up to level 2 who already have a full level 2 qualification and are claiming certain benefits or earning less that £17,550 per year gross annual salary
  • Those aged 24+ studying any level 2 qualification and are claiming certain benefits or earning less that £17,550 per year gross annual salary
  • Those aged 19+ studying an ESOL qualification and are claiming certain benefits or earning less that £17,550 per year gross annual salary
